Working alongside growers every day, our field technicians play an essential role in the success of the flax-growing season. Acting as a vital link between farmers and Depestele’s production teams, they support growers at every stage of cultivation, from selecting the fields through to harvesting.

Throughout the season, they travel from farm to farm, monitor crop development, provide technical advice, anticipate needs and find solutions to the challenges encountered in the field.

Beyond their technical expertise, our field technicians are first and foremost people with extensive hands-on experience. Their thoroughness, availability, listening skills and close relationships with growers make them essential partners.
