175 years of team spirit

At Depestele, the year always ends with an unmissable event: our traditional end-of-year meal for all Group employees. It’s a special time to get together away from the production lines, offices and flax fields.

Over 200 employees from our various sites came together to share a friendly moment, exchange ideas and celebrate the work accomplished throughout the year.

More than just a meal, this day reflects the spirit that has driven Depestele for generations: team spirit, solidarity and recognition of collective work. In a demanding sector where coordination between agricultural, industrial and commercial teams is essential, these moments are an integral part of the group’s dynamic.

The meeting was also an opportunity to look back on the highlights of the past year, thank the teams for their daily commitment and to welcome the new employees who have joined the Depestele adventure.

We’d like to extend our warmest thanks to all our employees for their presence and good humour, and look forward to seeing them again next year to continue this great momentum together.
